We are a group of three cardiovascular and thoracic surgeons all double board-certified (in general and thoracic surgery). We were founded as an independent entity in June of 2003, though we had been working together as a group for four years as part of a larger, combined cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery multi-specialty group.

We have been and continue to be pioneers and innovators in such revolutionary techniques as Off-Pump Coronary Bypass Grafting (OPCABG), Minimally-Invasive Valve Surgery, and Minimally invasive Arrhythmia Surgery (Modified Maze Procedure). We were the first group on the west coast to offer minimally invasive (endoscopic) radial artery harvesting for CABG procedures. We continue to advance the frontiers of cardiothoracic surgery while optimizing the impact of these procedures on our patients to improve outcomes, and more quickly return patients to their full, functioning lives.

Our philosophy of integrating all of our team members in patient care allows us to maintain our high standards and deliver optimal care, and ensures that patients receive the best care possible.
